Work is underway on this exciting barn conversion; the first phase of the works has involved re-roofing, structural repairs and constructing a bat loft. The bat loft was required as bats were found to be using the barn as a summer roost, in order that building works can progress un-hindered, it was necessary to construct the loft as part of the process to obtain a licence from Natural England . |
