We have recently purchased a site in Aislaby, behind the former Blacksmiths Arms it will be known as the Blacksmiths Cottage, planning permission has been obtained for a detached 3 bedroom dwelling, the property will have two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a further bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.
The dwelling will be constructed with limestone walls and a clay pantile roof.
We will be applying for planning permission to construct a double garage on the site, the site/ property will then be put on the market to sell ‘off plan’ so that the prospective purchaser can be involved in the choice of the finishing and fittings.
