Proposed Alterations and Structural Repair to Shop Premises

This building was showing signs of structural problems and the client became concerned by the deterioration of the building. Atkinson Builders Ltd arranged for a structural engineer to carry out a survey of the building and agreed a programme of structural repair work with the client and Conservation Officer which included strengthening the existing structure with steel work and replacement of the floors.
