Traditional construction with ashlar masonry, blockwork, and beam and block floor construction.
Water proof tanking to all walls below ground level.
Heating provided by heat regeneration system.
Heat re-circulation system including pollen filter.
Underfloor heating to ground and first floors.
300mm of insulation to roof void.
